In this episode of The Blue Sofa, we kick off the Secrets to Ease series, diving deep into how ease is not something you are born with but a skill you can learn. Many entrepreneurs get stuck in the hustle cycle, believing that success requires constant struggle, but true ease is about mastering transformation—learning how to shift from exhaustion to flow.
This is what you will learn in this episode:
✅ Ease is a Skill, Not Just Luck – Contrary to what many believe, ease isn’t about being naturally gifted or lucky. It’s a process that involves self-awareness, transformation, and mastery of energy.
✅ The 4 Stages of Transformation:
- Awareness (Waking Up) – Recognizing that you are stuck in hustle and understanding that something needs to change.
- The Messy Middle (Conscious Incompetence) – Feeling frustrated and stuck because you now see the problem but don’t yet have the tools to change it. This is the stage where most people give up.
- Integration (New Habits Take Root) – Where ease starts replacing hustle, and new habits become second nature.
- Expansion (Effortless Ease & Alignment) – A stage where ease is simply how you operate, and challenges are handled from a place of flow rather than struggle.
✅ The Most Crucial Stage: The Messy Middle – This phase is where frustration often peaks. The key? Trust the process. Growth comes from embracing discomfort and allowing transformation to happen without forcing or overworking.
✅ Why Rest is Essential – Hustle culture teaches us to push harder, but the secret to moving through transformation faster is actually pausing, reflecting, and allowing your nervous system to recalibrate.
✅ The Role of Feminine Energy in Ease – When we lean too heavily into the masculine energy of structure and productivity, we suppress the intuitive, creative, and receptive energy that allows for true ease and alignment.
✅ The Power of Enjoying the Process – Instead of just enduring growth, what if you could actually enjoy it? By understanding the transformation process, you can move through each stage with less resistance and more curiosity.

The 4 Phases of Transformation: A Soulful Path to Business Growth Without Burnout
If you’re a female entrepreneur who secretly wonders, “Why does business feel so hard for me—when others seem to float through it with ease?”—this post is for you.
Welcome to the anti-hustle revolution.
The truth is, we live in a culture obsessed with toxic productivity. Hustle is glorified. Burnout is normalized. But here’s the secret nobody’s talking about:
Ease is not luck. It’s a learnable skill.
Whether you’re looking to grow your audience, expand your business, or simply enjoy the journey more, learning to embody ease is your ticket out of overwhelm—and into sustainable, soul-aligned success.
Let’s talk about the real transformation that has to happen underneath the surface to build a business without burnout.
The Transformation Behind the Anti-Hustle Lifestyle
As a women entrepreneur, especially one who is soul-led and sensitive to energy, you’ve probably already noticed: the traditional path to business growth doesn't always work for you.
You don’t need more hustle.
You need a new way of being.
And that begins with understanding the 4 phases of transformation—a roadmap I’ve used with hundreds of clients to shift from survival-mode to sustainable expansion.
Let’s break it down:
Phase 1: Waking Up
This is where you begin to sense that something’s off.
Maybe you’re drained.
Maybe you’re stuck in hustle patterns.
Maybe you’re doing “all the things” but still not seeing the results you want.
You’re not broken.
You’re simply in phase one: awareness.
This is where ease is born—not from forcing your way forward, but from realizing the way you’ve been doing things isn’t aligned anymore.
The key here? Compassionate curiosity.
Phase 2: The Messy Middle
This is the phase most of us secretly hate.
You’re aware of your patterns. You’ve outgrown them. But you don’t yet have the tools or the new strategy that actually feels good. It’s like you’ve thrown out your old map, but haven’t drawn the new one yet.
This phase is where a lot of women entrepreneurs give up and fall back into toxic productivity because it feels familiar—even if it’s unsustainable.
But here’s the truth: this is where the real business growth happens.
To move through this phase, you need:
- Emotional safety
- Tools to regulate your nervous system
- Support to rewire your energy and mindset
The antidote to burnout is not pushing harder—it’s rest, reflection, and realignment.
Phase 3: Integration
Now the magic begins.
Suddenly, you’re not just trying to be “anti-hustle”—you are. The things you used to force now feel natural. You trust yourself more. You feel more joy. You’re not avoiding burnout anymore—you’re living in alignment.
You don’t just know the strategies for business expansion, you embody them.
This is the phase where:
- Your nervous system feels safe enough to sustain success
- Your daily actions feel nourishing, not draining
- Your content, offers, and energy magnetize aligned clients
Phase 4: Expansion
Here’s where you scale with soul.
This is where ease becomes second nature. You don’t reach for hustle anymore because it’s no longer part of your identity. You’ve reprogrammed your patterns.
You know who you are.
You trust your pace.
And business becomes a joyful expression of your essence.
Growth without burnout is no longer a dream—it’s your new normal.
A Note to the Woman Still in the Messy Middle
If you’re reading this thinking, “I’m stuck between the phases… I want this ease, but I don’t know how to get there…”
Breathe.
Every successful, radiant female entrepreneur you admire has been exactly where you are. You’re not behind. You’re just in the process of unbecoming everything that’s not aligned, so you can become who you really are.
You don’t have to figure this out alone.
Inside my program, Rising Star, we combine soulful transformation and business strategy to help you build and scale your six-figure business without the hustle. Because yes, you can grow and expand—and still feel good doing it.
Final Words: Ease Is a Practice
To avoid burnout, escape toxic productivity, and grow your business in a way that actually works for you, you must walk through these four stages—again and again.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is presence.
And when you begin to hold yourself with compassion and curiosity at every stage, you don’t just grow your business—you grow yourself.
Ease is not the destination. It’s the way.

Secrets To Ease - The 4 Stages In The Transformational Process
[00:00:00] Welcome to another episode of the Blue Sofa. Now this episode is for you. If you have ever wondered how some people make success look so effortless. Well, it looks like, kind of just looks like they aren't working at all, or they just look, you know, so energized and so content and yeah, peaceful. So this episode is actually gonna be the start of a series that's going to be all about the secrets to ease, and it's because I wanna explore ease a little more.
Contradictory to what many people think is is not necessarily something that we can just tap into. It is not something that you are just born with. It's something you learn. It's actually a skillset. So today's episode, we're gonna kickstart [00:01:00] these Secrets to Ease series and. I'm going to reveal the process behind the process and the process behind ease, basically, and how to grow as an end scale, a business without hustle and without burnout.
And I think you're gonna be surprised about how much. Simpler, this actually is than we think. And how there is a specific formula to ditch the hustle, and there is a specific formula to tap into ease every single day. Now, this series is not going to be a traditional series where you have one episode after the other because I.
I just want this series to be more, more intuitive, and I want it to, I want it to develop over time, meaning that if you have any questions or you know, [00:02:00] even, even if you struggle with some kind of hustle mentality or you struggle with burnout, then let me know in my dms on Instagram, because maybe there's like a super.
Amazing theme in your struggle or your question that we can bring into to this series. So I want it to be like very interactive and as I said, like develop over time. In this specific series, we're going to talk about how transformational work.
Actually works and how the transformational process develop. Because the thing is, and I think this is where we underestimate ease and the whole shift from hustle to ease, and that is that you will most certainly. Like I can guarantee that the moment you start wanting desiring more effortlessness and more ease in your business, you will [00:03:00] most definitely go through a transformational process.
Meaning a process where you have to release some parts of yourself, you have to relieve some beliefs about yourself, some of your own stories about yourself. You have to release. Some of your feelings and thoughts about yourself and step into a new version of you actually, not a new version of you, because it's already there, but you just need to find that version of you and that process can be very, very challenging.
Uh, I think for most people it most certainly feels very jealous. I know it did for myself. But over the time, as I've been coaching so many people through a transformational process and been going through tons of transformational processes myself, I just wanna reassure you and say it doesn't have to be hard, and it doesn't have to be very like challenging to [00:04:00] transform with the right tools.
It can be a very, I wanna say, almost enjoyable process, at least a very fun and life changing process where you get to be curious and get to allow a new version of you to actually blossom through the layers that doesn't serve you. For example, like the culture of hustle or, just working hard and overusing your own, , resources and so on.
What we're gonna talk about today is the four phases of transformation and how I'm gonna give you like a small roadmap that will show you how to actually step out of hustle and into ease the transformational process. And this is just like one of the tools that I'm gonna bring to you in this series.
And. By the end of just this episode, you're gonna understand [00:05:00] how you can bring more ease into the process and actually start to enjoy the process even more, or even just start to enjoy the process because I think this is one of the real, secrets to experience joy in your everyday life and experience.
Ease, even though you go through things that challenges you because, well, life can be super challenging and it's, it's not because the universe is testing us or we don't deserve happiness or ease. It's actually just because as we are growing and we are shedding the layers of hustle and that process can feel like a, a real rebirth, but in the best way possible.
And one of the tools, but also like a skillset is to enjoy the process. Like generally really [00:06:00] enjoy. The process, not just, not just pretend you enjoy the process, but really enjoy the process. And, and one of, one of the ways to do that is to understand the four phases in transformation.
I remember when I, started my business, I, I honestly, I was, I was just born and raised with working hard. That was kind of what we did in my family, and I think. My whole family is like workers. They work hard and I admire them for doing that. The thing is just, I, I was exhausted and I was stuck in these hustle patterns and work hard patterns.
Not in the good way, you know, the way where you really feel energized from working, but I felt. I felt drained. I felt burnout. I felt I was overextending my own resources and I felt like I, I put myself in this situation where [00:07:00] there was no way out of it than just stay stuck in the hustle patterns. It wasn't until I became aware that these were just patterns that I kind of unconsciously just, you know, worked into, and I unconsciously just.
Applied in my life. And that kind of, that, that learning and that awareness just started kickstarting a completely new way of being, not just in my, you know, working and growing and scaling my business, but being in life. And it, it felt like, it felt like such a massive shift. And I don't know, I don't know if you have ever.
You know, had this breakthrough moment where you suddenly see yourself and you're like, oh my God, this pattern is not really serving me. And you don't feel a relief. You just feel frustrated because you don't know what to do about it. You [00:08:00] don't have the, you don't have the tools to actually. Do something about it.
And I feel this is where, especially I, I felt this and I can see that in my clients. This is where, in this phase we tend to just give up and fall back into the patterns that we actually don't wanna be in. And the four phases of transformation is, and that was what helped me a lot, like just have massive breakthroughs.
Around the transformational process because I suddenly understood how to move to the next phase without staying stuck in this. Face of frustration and stuckness and just, you know, I do, you know, you cannot unsee a thing. You, I just couldn't unsee the pattern of hustle and how it completely drain my, my creative, , my creative resources, my intuition, my connection with my own joy.
And so it was like a layer, [00:09:00] just like. Needed to be peeled off and I just couldn't unsee it. But I did not have the tools to do anything about it, so I just kind of stayed stuck in the hustle for a long time before I got the tools. So let's talk about that. Let's talk about, let's talk about the four faces because ease and, and just being happy and joyful and feeling like you have resources.
In your life. That's not magic and it's not luck. It's honestly a skill you can learn, but it's not like a skill you, you, you study in the traditional way. It's through awareness and it's through mastering your own energy. And we're gonna talk a lot more about that in this series. And honestly, if this is something you wanna work with, you should definitely check out Rising Star because.
Even though, , even though we work [00:10:00] on building a business, we work on building a business in alignment with, you work on building your first six figure business, online business in alignment with you. And there's so much transformational work going into that. So. Anyway, there was a detour. , so this skill is learnable.
It's through awareness, it's through breakthrough work, and it's through mastering your energy. Like what state of consciousness do you show up from in your life? What state of consciousness do you do you rest in? Not like you have to, you have to really work hard to think and feel and speak in a certain way.
But it just comes natural, which for you, and that's, that's where ease comes naturally. And it's not something you need to, you need to work hard to get That's, that comes through the work of your energy, like mastering your own energy. [00:11:00] So this is not a traditional, we, we, we can sit down and read a book and , study ease.
Of course there, there are parts of it that. Definitely can't be studied, but it's more about activating your feminine energy and embody a higher awareness. And it, it's doable. It's doable, and you can, you can put it into a formula. Isn't that amazing? , and that's actually what the series is all about, helping you put ease into a formula.
So first step is definitely enjoy the process. And how do we learn to enjoy the process? We understand the process, we bring awareness into the process. So when we, when we desire something, when we have a vision, like for example, if, if you were like, oh, I really desire, I will love to have this six figure online business, or I would love to scale to multiple six figures, or I would love to impact in this way.
I would love to get more clients. Every [00:12:00] desire you feel inside of you, it kind of propels and energetic patterns out into the world. And when you have this desire, the thing that immediately kicks in is the awareness of not having it. So this is the phase, the first phase in the transformation. The fourth four stages of transformation is the phase is.
About this face is about waking up. So you are it. You are in the dark and you are unaware of what is holding you back from actually getting what you want. So what's holding you back from actually getting the six figures is you're kind of unaware, but you can feel the desire and. You will be unaware about what is holding you back and holding you back can be many things.
It, it could be like energetic, emotional, , mindset, but it could definitely also be the skillset that's holding you back. Like actually how [00:13:00] to, how to build that business, how to get what you want, right? And it will hold you back until you have a moment of clarity. And that moment of clarity will be like an insight and a heart like, oh my God, this is holding me back.
Or a frustration that feels so strong, that it's like the frustration of not getting where you wanna go, right? Or the real a realization. So the awareness here is the key to unlock the door to transformation. And this is where a journey starts, right? And this is where you, where you start noticing, oh, , well I have this desire, but.
I can't really get to the end of the rainbow. I can't really get to the gold, and it feels like maybe walking through a foggy forest. At thirst, you don't even realize you're lost. But because of the fog, you don't realize you're lost because the fog feels like it's just normal, that you don't know what you don't [00:14:00] know, right?
But then you have this tiny clearing, you can see this tiny clearing in the distance and. The awareness kicks in that you maybe don't even know how to get to that clearing, but you realize that you wanna go there. Right? And this is where we are. We, we are aware about what we want, but we don't know how to get there.
At this stage, we can be really unaware of the gap. The gap in this in our skillset, the gap in our mindset, the gap in the systems that we need to take us to. To where we want to go. , but we realize that we need to change and we feel it like this spark in center.
We, we feel , we need to do something.. You, , start the search. This is where we kick into the next phase of transformation. The next [00:15:00] phase, that's like phase two. This is where we are conscious. That we are incompetent. So the problem here is it's what we call the messy middle, right?
This is, you know what you want. You also know that you don't know how to get it.. So we start to search for tools inside strategies. That might help you to get where you want. But this is also a stage where we feel really clumsy and we feel very, we, we don't have clarity, right?
We are uncertain, uh, about what to do because we never did it before, right? So we try to implement, but we fail. And this phase is maybe one of the most frustrating phases and it can track out forever. We can feel. We can feel like, yes, now I'm fully aware of what I don't know, but I don't know [00:16:00] how to master the competencies.
For example, like, you know, you have a, you have a hustle pattern. You know, you train your resources, you know, you don't show up in your full power. You know you are holding yourself back, but at this stage you really don't know what to do about it, and you feel the gap. And you have been searching for all kind of resources and tools and try to implement some of them, but you don't master them yet.
And this is like, this is the most frustrating stage of all of them, right? So to invite ease into the process of this stage, we need to trust the process. And that is easier said than done, but embodying the trust, embodying the patience. As you connect the dots, as you are really willing to try and fail and reflect and feel.
[00:17:00] Feel into you what feels good to me and what doesn't, and follow those more intuitive strengths, but keep on practicing that is. That is what it takes to thrive in this phase and really, really see yourself with generalize and be gentle to yourself and also understand, and I think this is, this is such a clue here.
Understand that this phase number two, if we wanna get through this phase, I wanna say as fast as possible, but it's actually not about getting through this phase fast. It's about the transformational journey through that phase. The, the thing that you are becoming as you go through this phase, because the more experience you can get, you can get from going through this phase, the easier it is to go through transformation.
And here we most definitely want to [00:18:00] be aware of what pattern shows up. Do you push yourself? Over your own boundaries. Do you critique yourself? Do you talk down to yourself because you don't know what you don't know? Right? Do you allow yourself to be a newbie? Do you hold space for your own, for your own, um, energy while you learn new things?
Or do you constantly just like. Hit yourself in, you know, where you hit yourself in the head, oh, you're not good enough. Why are you so stupid? Why don't you do blah, blah, blah, blah. You know how you, we can talk really in a crappy way to ourself, like this is what happens in this phase. The thing is, this phase is the phase that most people will be in most of their life.
Like this is the phase you're gonna be in most of your life when you wanna grow. This is the growth phase. This is the phase. Where you learn stuff, this is where you get new information. And if we can't [00:19:00] hold ourself in a gentle way and we can't hold ourself in a loving and caring way through the integration, we will never feel this.
So this phase is like, this is where the magic happens. This is also the phase where we get super tired. And we get, we feel overwhelmed because our nervous system is probably working really hard, right? And it takes a lot of energy from the brain to understand, to take in new information and to integrate this information.
And sometimes we can even forget that. So this is also a phase where most people get super tired and then they get impatient and frustrated because they are tired, because that is kind of the nature of this phase. So again, the best thing you can do in a phase like this is rest. And I know it's like completely counter-productive.
And you might want to, in this phase, push yourself harder. You know, integrate faster, learn more, [00:20:00] try more. And this is what hustle culture is gonna advise you to do. Like hustle harder, work harder, integrate faster, get to the finish line faster. But the thing is. When you do that, you push your energy system too much, and I, I don't mean like your mental and emotional, but your body, like, you push your nervous system too much.
And when we do that, we are way too much in a masculine energy. And when we are in a, in the two masculine energy, we suppress the feminine energy and the feminine energy. That's where ease is. That's where intuition is. That's where alignment lives, that's where the guidance, like the inner guidance live.
And you want that in this phase because that's what's gonna help you go through the phase. Way more soft and way more, yeah, way easier actually. And way faster. And I mean, the really, [00:21:00] I, I think the, I don't wanna, I don't wanna call it frustrating thing, but it can feel really frustrating. And this phase is that we don't get to experience ease and we don't get to go through the transformation of holding ourself in a very mature, wise and general way through phase number two, unless we go through it.
Do you know what I mean? So sometimes we have this, um, I can definitely, and I know my clients do too, have this tendency that we want to over prepare. So we wanna prepare ourself for the journey. You know? Now you understand that phase number two is about integrating, uh, learning new things and integrating them.
Right? And, you know, this is where the frustration is. You know, this is where you tend to push. Or give up, give up. Give up is definitely also an opportunity here. It's too hard. It's too difficult and so on, but we [00:22:00] can't really prepare, prepare ourself for this. We just need to jump into the right, you know?
We need to just get into the rollercoaster and experiencing this face on our body and see what comes up. Because what comes up. The thoughts, the feelings, the patterns is exactly what we wanna see. That's what's gonna create the real transformation. And it can be vulnerable and it can be very like scary to to be, you know, face to face with that part of yourself.
But that's exactly what we want to see. That's exactly the patterns that we want to experience because then we can transform them. We can't mentally. Go through that phase. We need to full body go through that phase and experience the patterns that shows up. And as soon as we [00:23:00] can see them, we can transform them.
Isn't that amazing? And that's what's gonna give you the embodiment of ease, the effortlessness of ease. You can't mentally, you can't mentally do that. You have to do it as you go. And that's why I love, I love Rising Star and my other programs because my mentoring programs, because we, we experience as we, as you build your six figure business in Rising Star, you experience yourself, you experience in going through the messy middle, you are experiencing the patterns that are showing up here, and then we can break them.
And then we can integrate them, and then we can transform and we can let that, that vision, that version of us out into the world and become that person that we know we are inside of us that doesn't hold us, that doesn't hold us back anymore, that can enjoy even the most messy [00:24:00] processes. And really just hold the space for ourself and trust the process, but we need to go through it, right?
So the messy middle is the most, the most transformative phase. And once you've gone through the messy middle, like gradually, you'll be, it will be easier and easier and easier. The better you can hold yourself, the better you can hold space for your own development, the more tools that you get to actually.
Due to transformational work. As you grow your business, the easier it becomes, and at some point you will sist into phase three. That's integration. And this is where you have embodied the transformation and, and the transformation really takes root. This is where you just suddenly, without even noticing it, practice new habits.
You. You are way more [00:25:00] comfortable here because your comfort zone have expanded massively, right? You are way more comfortable with challenges. You're way more comfortable with growing your business. It's easy for you to show up on social media. It's easy for you to write the newsletters or. Do the campaigns.
It's easy for you to create the automations and so on and so on. And this is where hustle is replaced with ease. Like often you don't even notice it. You don't even notice it, but you'll like, you'll slowly, but you know, you know where you, like, you look back and like. You look back and like, oh, a month ago I was like this and now I'm something else.
This is what's happening in that phase. You'll slowly but surely experience what it feels to feel joy every single day without any effort. It can still require some effort and [00:26:00] mindfulness to be in this phase, and you can still like dip back into, um, into phase two, 100%, but it's okay. Because here in this space, you are actively dissolving old patterns and you actively make room for new ones, and you take deliberate and aligned action every single day in a way that feels good to you.
And you know how that feels. Because you, you tried it and you understand yourself in like a completely different level, right? So the key to really being in this integration phase is consistency. And even when you want to dip back, back into the old parents because something feels uncomfortable, unnaturally at first, you wanna keep on practicing, keep on going, and as, as time goes by.
You will feel more and more integrated, more and more you, you embodied ease. You embodied enjoying the process, and it's way [00:27:00] easier for you to go back into learning new things. So this is really where the real transformation have taken place and is starting to kind of unfold, right? It's like when you're planting seed in the garden.
Um, here you have, uh. You have planted all the seeds in the soil. You're chosen the right pan, chosen the right plants that you want, and now you water them every day. It's not completely automatic. You still have to remind yourself to water the plants, and you need to, you need to show up, you need to tend to the soil, and you, you start seeing all the small plants just poking, poking through the earth and you, you know, it's done.
It's just a matter of waiting for the plants and keep on. Waiting for the plans to bloom you, you know, you don't even have to trust it. If you see the results, you can see the plans are starting to bloom. Now you, they're starting to like get, get out of, get out of the soil. Right. And now you just, [00:28:00] you just need to trust the process.
And it's not even an effort to trust the process because now you just need to take care of the garden. So all your plans are gonna bloom when the time is right. And I think this is, this is just. When you get to this phase, you will feel relief and you will also feel, I got it. You know, I got it. And this is where I wanna take all my clients.
Honestly, when we do transformational work, this is, this is what we do transformational work for. Is get to the integration phase where, yeah, it's still a little, you know, not everything is, ooh, it's perfect, or something like that. That's not, that's not what we are aiming for. We are aiming for resources and strength and confidence, and you start to embody that here and it's a beautiful, beautiful, beautiful phase.
The phase number four is expansion, and this is where ease just becomes a way of being. You know, the skills and the habits you, you kind of [00:29:00] practiced and embodied are just second nature. And you, you don't, you don't even think about it anymore. It just, it just, you just are happy. You just are in ease. And this is where you experience what it means to be in alignment.
You experience what it means to feel, ease and grow without hustle. Like you, you don't even reach for. Hustle anymore. And this is where you rewire your patterns. So instead of having to put in effort, you instinctively just choose the aligned path. And, and this is where you get to scale and innovate and expand with way more grace.
And it doesn't mean, like, I wanna say, it doesn't mean that you don't get challenged. Like that's not how life is. Life will give you a curve ball from time to time. But it just makes it so much easier to feel, how do I feel into, from what energy do I do [00:30:00] I take care of this challenge? How do I, how do I, how do I embrace this challenge?
How do I embark on the journey to actually solving the challenge? And you don't, you, you just can't go back to the hostile way. You'll find another way of handling the challenge. So I don't, I don't feel that. Um, ease is because we always comfortable. That's not how it is. It's just a way of choosing to solve your challenges and a way of choosing to be in the uncomfortable phase of growth.
Right? And still, still when you wanna learn something new. You will be in stage number one again, not not knowing what the awareness stage. You still will go to phase number two, where you, uh, where you understand that, that there's this gap and you need to learn the growth phase, right? You, [00:31:00] you will go back to that phase and you will go back to the integration phase again.
But because you, em embodied ease in a new way, it will be way, way easier to be and to live and to expand. And I wanna say hold your own space through. All the four phases. One more time. So I think this is like, this is, I, I wish I knew this before I started my journey, but you know, we don't, and that's also okay.
And that's why I'm here to show you that ease is a thing and you can learn ease. It just. Take some work from you and some willingness to want to experience that lifestyle. So ease is a skill. Everybody can learn it. It just begins with the awareness and deepens through [00:32:00] understanding, and grows through the integration phase and then blossoms into expansion and each face like it's essential.
And none of them are about. Taking shortcuts. It's about moving with intention and alignment through the faces. And I wanna say, I also feel that ease is definitely not about the destination. It's not about getting to face number four. It's about trusting the journey through the discomfort and through the, , you know, through the, the frustration of the awareness phase and the learning curves.
Of understanding, you know, and integrating and also trusting the process when it comes to integrating all the new things that you need to integrate. Because each person, each face has a very specific purpose and together, like we can't skip a face because together they really do dissolve the [00:33:00] patterns of hustle and they make room for a new way of being, and that's.
That's what's important, right? That's what's important.
